    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

    The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Downloadable digital products.
    • Items on final sale or marked as "non-returnable."

    • We will provide a return shipping label or instructions for returning the item.
    • The return shipping cost will be:
      • Covered by Parts Hub LLC for defective or damaged products.
      • The customer’s responsibility for other return reasons (e.g., change of mind).
2. Refunds

    If the customer wishes to make a refund without the seller's fault and without stating any reason, 20% of the total amount paid for the product will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
  2. Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be issued if:
    • The item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
