Descrizione:
Stepless temperature controlled, compact infrared rework heating plate with integrated thermocouple including control unit for preheating of SMD-components, PCBs and substrates. To support all kind of hand soldering processes, especially lead-free and reduction of temperature shocks during soldering. Suitable to reflow single sided PCBs, or BGA Reballing as well as curing or drying of pastes and glue. Ersa recommends to observe the temperature of the PCBs by an Ersa temperature measuring device (0DTM103) along with a precision sensor (0IR5500-01). Spare part without control unit!
